What Is a Chemical Peel?
Chemical peels involve the application of a chemical solution to remove the dead and damaged outer layers of the skin to reveal younger, clearer, more radiant skin.

What does the treatment involve?
The treatment begins with an invigorating, yet relaxing facial massage to get good circulation and lymphatic drainage in the skin, followed by a deep cleansing and toner. The Peel that is best for your specific skin type/condition is then applied to the entire face. Numerous applications may be applied depending on peel type and desired results. Each peel differs, some are formulated to stay on and continue to work into the skin and some are timed and then removed. The entire treatment lasts 30 minutes.

How long will the results last?
For best results, it is recommended to initially get a series of 5 treatments and do one treatment every 2-3 weeks. Once we are able to get your skin to where you want it to be, then it’s just maintenance, once a month. Results will last as long as you continue with your monthly maintenance. Ask about our series specials.

Is there any downtime?
No. However each individual experiences the peels differently. Some people may peel more than others,  due to your skin type, what stage your skin’s cellular process is in at time of the peel and which peel is applied.
